Inside the collection of photos that Mark shared with me was an envelope labeled Laci Spielberger, Arpad's son. I know a little and would like to know more about this family. I do NOT know how Arpad Spielberger was related to Jacob, William and Betty Spielberger. I know that these pictures were taken in the old Hungarian Empire, probably close to what is now Kocise, Slovakia. There is an Arpad Spielberger from Kocise listed in the Yad Vashem database. He died in Auschwitz. It is unclear how many of the entries are his family members. I think that some of the pictures were taken around 1930 when Joe Bernath went to Czechoslovakia to marry Eva Weiss and some were probably sent by mail until 1940.
